'J' Street Bridge Construction Information
Construction started on 'J' Street in June 2008. The project involves the widening and relocation of the bridge and the reconstruction of approximately 250 feet of channel on the south side of the bridge. A trail under crossing is also included to provide a bike/pedestrian crossing under 'J' Street. The bridge is scheduled to be open to traffic by fall 2008.
