- Phase 1 of the project will include the construction of new pavement on South Coddington Avenue north of West South Street to West Garfield Street. Phase 2 will include pavement construction along West South Street from SW 21st Street to SW 18th Street, pavement construction along South Coddington Avenue south of West South Street to West Hill Street, construction of a new traffic signal at the intersection of West South Street and South Coddington Avenue, and a pedestrian signal in front of Roper Elementary School.
