11th and Harrison Area Storm Drainage Project
This project will include installation of a new 54" storm drainage system in Harrison Street from 11th Street to 14th Street and new ADA approved walk ramps on the north side.
40th from South to Van Dorn - Water Main Project
The project includes the installation of a new six-inch water main. Local access will be maintained at all times, however access to side streets and driveways may be restricted for brief periods. The City and the contractor, HR Bookstrom, will work with local residents on access issues. Brief water service outages may occur in conjunction with this work.
75th and Dotson Area Water Main Replacement Project
The scope of this work will involve the abandonment of the existing water main in 75th St. and Dotson Rd. and the installation of a new main. The work area includes 75th St. from Steinway Rd. to Dotson Rd. and Dotson Rd. from 75th St. to Broadview Dr.
Centennial Mall Renovation Project
The renovation of Centennial Mall will address safety/security and accessibility issues that have developed over time along the entire seven block long mall that extends from "K" Street to "R" Street. Renovation efforts will feature new paved walkways, green spaces/landscaping, fountains, lighting and furnishings.
LES Central Lincoln Reliability Project (CLRP)
The goal of the Central Lincoln Reliability Project is to replace aging cables, meet the growing demand of electricity in central Lincoln and improve system reliability.
"P" Street District
The program begins with phase one improvements, which will take place along "P" Street between 11th Street and Centennial Mall and 14th Street between "O" and "Q." A complete redesign of the streetscape, parking and right-of-way will create a vibrant atmosphere that incorporates specialized lighting, plantings and key public spaces to make "P" Street a unique, must-see corridor in downtown Lincoln.
