Pre-Construction Public Meeting for 48th from Old Cheney to Claire

The South 48th Street water main from Old Cheney Road to Claire Avenue is nearing construction. This project will bring a permanent solution to this section of water main to prevent future interruption of services.
A pre-construction public meeting will be held in open house format on Monday, August 28, 2006 from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. at Godfather's Pizza, located on South 48th Street and Highway 2. This is your opportunity to meet the contractor, General Excavating, and the City's construction project manager to get information on construction, schedule, and phasing and ask your questions about the project.
Representatives from the City of Lincoln and Olsson Associates, the engineering firm, will be present to discuss the project.
