Open House Set for Roadway and Water Main Improvements
The public is invited to an open house Wednesday, October 17 on the roadway and water main improvements planned for the area of Pine Lake Road and 98th Street. The meeting is from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Lux Middle School, 7800 High Street (south on 79th St. and Van Dorn). The open house will not include a formal presentation.
Work is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2008. The project area is along Pine Lake Road from 84th to 98th streets, and along 98th Street from Old Cheney to Yankee Hill. Those attending the open house will be able to view plans and discuss the project with representatives from the City Public Works and Utilities Department and the design team.
