North 31st Street Lift Station – Pump Installation,
Electrical and HVAC Improvements

Lincoln Wastewater System (LWWS) proposes to upgrade the existing North 31st Street Lift Station. The primary focus of the Pump Installation, Electrical and HVAC Improvements project is to replace two existing 25 hp pumps with two 60 hp pumps to accommodate anticipated future flows to the lift station. Associated improvements will also be made to the electrical system including motor control replacement for the pumps. Improvements to the HVAC system will include modifications to provide for air exchange per current codes.
