
Upper Southeast Salt Creek Sub-Basin Sewers - Phase III
Phase 3 commences with a connection to the Upper SE Salt Creek Sub-Basin Sewer-Phase 1 at approximately South 36th Street north of Rokeby Road and extends east along the existing drainage channel east of South 40th Street.
Coordination meetings have been held with the City of Lincoln Planning Department, Lincoln Water System, Watershed Management, Lower Platte South Natural Resources District, Engineering Services, Parks and Recreation Department, and private utilities in the project area. A public meeting was held on April 12, 2005 at the Walt Branch Library to present the project.
Bids were received on July 26, 2006 from six (6) contractors. General Excavating was the successful low bidder for the project with a bid of $333,785. The project is currently under construction.
