If you are having problems submitting the form electronically:
Please ensure you have Adobe Reader version 7 or newer installed on your computer. To see which version you have, open Adobe Reader and click Help > About Adobe Reader.
If you get an error message when you click the "Submit by Email" button, you may not have a compatible e-mail client, your e-mail client may not be set up properly or you may have an older version of Adobe Reader. To manually send the form by e-mail, you may fill out the form and save it locally on your computer. Then, open your e-mail program, create a new message, attach the PDF file you saved previously and send it to pubworks@lincoln.ne.gov.
If you are still having problems sending the attachment by e-mail, you may call the appropriate contact person listed by the topic you are requesting, or print the event request form and mail it to the appropriate address listed by the topic you are requesting.
