- The existing storm drainage system is outdated, cannot handle heavy stormwater flows, and experiences street flooding during heavy rain events. The solution is to build a new underground storm drainage system that will route the existing flow to a larger nearby stormwater system that can better handle this amount of stormwater runoff.
