Description:
Floodplain preservation in Southeast Upper Salt Creek. Negotiations are currently in process for obtaining a conservation easements for two parcels in Southeast Upper Salt Creek. Additionally funds are being used for another two parcels that are to be appraised in the near future. Previous bond dollars from 2003 were used for four previous conservation easements in the basin (two have been purchased and two are still in negotiation).
