- Approximately two blocks of a large, new storm drainage pipe project near the 21st Street Corridor from 'N' street to 'P' Street. This project is being constructed in conjunction with the Antelope Valley Project. This project is part a of a larger 21st Street corridor bypass system and is designed to capture storm drainage from the west side of Antelope Creek and relay it downstream to an outlet near 'R' Street.
