- Watershed Master Plan
- Description:
- The goal of the study is to develop a master plan for Little Salt Creek that will be used as a tool to gauge conditions in the watershed regarding stormwater quantity and quality, channel stability, maintenance and operations, and financial impacts as well as environmental impacts that are occurring today or are projected to result from future development or other changes in the basin.
- The major components of this master plan are the development of an updated floodplain, capital projects, and guidances for future development. Once approved, the master plan will be a sub-plan of the Lincoln and Lancaster County Comprehensive plan. This is a joint project being led by the City with the Lower Platte South NRD providing cost share on the study.
