- This study was completed by the City of Lincoln along with the Lower Platte South Natural Resource District to evaluate and determine the feasibility of potential storage areas along Salt, Middle and Oak Creeks which could reduce Salt Creek base flood elevations through the City of Lincoln. The study evaluated three locations to determine the reduction in 100 year peak flows along Salt Creek through the City of Lincoln. This project is being led by the City with the Lower Platte South NRD providing a cost share.
