What is going to happen at my first meeting with Youth Services staff?

What should I bring to my first meeting?

Picture ID (driver’s license, state ID or military ID) If you do not have one of these types of ID, you may bring your school ID and birth certificate.
Social Security Card
Proof of Income for the previous 6 months – OR – proof you are receiving ADC, food stamps or other public assistance
Proof of your current address – such a utility bill or other item that has been mailed to you

Items to document a barrier to employment:

Doctor’s verification of a disability or pregnancy
Your child’s birth certificate
High School transcripts showing drop-out status
Court involvement – probation, diversion or parole paperwork, copy of charges, or copy of judgment
Foster Child/State Ward – court order placing you in state care, letter from your Health and Human Services case worker
