The Facade Improvement Program the City of Lincoln provides loans to owners of buildings in eligible, older commercial areas. Financing is used to compliment and encourage private investment. The goal is to redevelop or renovate sub-standard commercial structures. Business improvements in older commercial areas contribute to long term benefits for the City, including stronger neighborhoods and a healthier local economy.
