| Through the Facade Improvement Program, the City of Lincoln provides loans to owners of buildings in eligible, older commercial areas. Financing is used to compliment and encourage private investment. The goal is to redevelop or renovate sub-standard commercial structures as shown in the following examples. | |
| Improvements to 2701 O Street included: enclosing the staircase and deck on the southwest corner of the building, replacing the siding with stucco, and installing new windows and awnings. |  |
