Lancaster County Sheriff's Deputy Amy Willadsen and Cedar Bluffs resident Brett Naber have both received an award from Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman for their actions in extracting a semi-conscious traffic accident victim from a burning vehicle in October 2007.
