Locksmith License

The applicant must complete an application for Locksmith Registration Certificate which must be signed and dated by the applicant.

After the application has been completed, return the application to our office at 555 So. 10th Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 along with the $5.00 fee and we will process your Locksmith License request. The County Clerk must sign the locksmith license and the seal must be affixed for the license to be valid. The license will be sent out by certified mail.

After selecting the Locksmith License Application, the application will load into Acrobat Reader, which will allow you to print out the application.
