The amount of child support to be paid on a regular monthly basis is found in the court order. It is to your benefit to keep your court order, as well as the petition, and any other legal papers you may receive. You may read and review the documents in your file at any time by contacting the Clerk of the District Court office and giving them sufficient notice. The court order requires you to provide to the Clerk of the District Court (1) your address, (2) social security number, (3) telephone number, and (4) the name of your employer. Notify the Clerk as soon as possible of any changes.

Do not pay your child support directly to the recipient. The Nebraska Payment Center will NOT give you credit for payments made directly to the custodial parent. Child support payments are to be made to the Nebraska Payment Center at the address below.

Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. 43-3345, payments for child support, spousal support (when connected to a child support order), medical support/reimbursement, genetic testing, grant reimbursement, foster care, foreign support, and income withholding will be made to:

All payments made to the Nebraska Payment Center must include a coupon on a prescribed form or the name of the payor, social security number, county, court case number and name of payee. Billing statements, along with coupon(s), will be mailed to the payor on or about the 20th of each month. The statement will show the balance due for the month. Return the coupon with payment to the Nebraska Payment Center. If you have questions regarding your statement or the coupon phone:
