Ownership

Lancaster Manor is owned and operated by Lancaster County, State of Nebraska. The County Board of Commissioners serve as Lancaster Manor's governing body. An Administrator, who reports to the County Board, exercises direct management of the facility. The Administrator is assisted by a nine member advisory committee appointed by the County Board. In addition, the Resident Council, composed of Manor residents, assist in the planning and implementing of projects beneficial to Lancaster Manor and the community.
