Suggestions & Complaints

When a resident or family member has a suggestion or a complaint, they can advise the Administrator of this by completing a suggestion/complaint form on behalf of the resident. The complaint forms are available at each Nurses' Station. Particularly serious matters will be resolved through resident/family conferences. Residents, family members or responsible parties are encouraged to report minor day-to-day problems to the Social Worker or Nursing Supervisor on the resident's area. Any resident may elect to speak with the Administrator. The Administrator is available to families and residents to discuss matters of concern.
