K-Street Complex, Suite 110.
Who can use Records & Information Management Services?
Any government entity.
How do I decide whether to have my records stored, scanned, or microfilmed?
This decision is based on the required retention of the record, the frequency of
retrieval, and the risk in case of disaster. Our office provides consultation to aid
in making this decision.
How long do I need to keep my records?
A records retention schedule will tell you the specific time-line for keeping
particular records. If you do not currently have a retention schedule for your records,
we can help you design one.
