STORAGE - Our records center offers both storage and retrieval services. Boxes,
containing your records, will be securely shelved and bar coded for easy retrieval
with our box tracking software.
REQUESTS -In addition to storing your records, we offer pick up and delivery of
any record(s) we are storing for you here in our records center. If you e-mail,
call, or fax us a request for your record(s) before 11:00am, we will have it delivered
to you that afternoon. If you make a request before 4:00pm, your requested
record(s) will be delivered the morning of the following business day.
PICK UP & DELIVERY - We deliver twice daily. once in the morning and once in
the afternoon. For pick up of new boxes to be stored at our records center, please e-mail or
fax us a copy of our records transfer form. The records transfer form can be found in IntraLinc
under County Records & Information Management forms.
SHREDDING - We offer everyday pick up of documents for shredding. Notify our
department that you have documents ready to be shredded and we will pick them up
on our next route.
