The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary that occurred at 7:37 a.m. on Wednesday, August 15th at 13050 West Bluff Road. The victim, Nathan Kuhn was sleeping in the residence when the basement window was broken in. Mr. Kuhn confronted a white male who ran through the garage and into a 1991 white Ford Bronco which was waiting outside.

The Sheriff’s Office was notified and at 7:42 a.m. Sheriff’s Deputy Jason Henkel stopped a vehicle matching the description on Highway 34 at the Malcolm Spur. It was later determined that the driver, 22 year-old Justin Clark of Lincoln was identified as the party responsible for the burglary and the passenger, 27 year-old Crystal Dvorak of Lincoln was also involved.

Clark was cited for burglary, possession of burglary tools, and carrying a concealed weapon after three knives were located in the vehicle. Dvorak was cited for accessory to a burglary, possession of burglary tools and carrying a concealed weapon. Both were lodged at the Lancaster County Jail.
