| April 1 | First half delinquent. | |
| August 1 | Second half delinquent. | |
| October 1 | Provide annual report of delinquent taxes to the county board on or before October 1. | |
| October 15 | Taxes are levied. | |
| November 22 | Tax list delivered for assessments that are greater than or equal to $2. | |
| December | Real estate tax and property statements sent out. |
