Calendar of Events

Branched Oak Community Club

This club meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at the Raymond Town Hall.

This club also sponsors many events:

Easter egg hunt at the Davey park
Road clean-up for 2 miles of highway during the spring and again during the fall
Hunter's breakfast the 1st Saturday of November at the Raymond Women's Club building
A Christmas party the 2nd Saturday of December at 2 p.m. at the Davey Hall.

In-Between Club

This club meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month at one of the members' homes, except during the months of June, July, and August no meetings held. This club does have an 18 member limit.

Over 60 Club

This club meets year around on the 4th Thursday of each month for a pot luck at the Raymond Women's Club building.

Raymond Women's Club

This club was organized in 1919 and federated in 1921. Their meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month at the Women's Club building, except during the months of June, July, and August no meetings held.

The Women's Club sponsors:

Coffee and rolls following Memorial Day Services at Raymond Cemetery
Children's Christmas party

Jolly Sister's Social Club
(Formerly Extension Club)

This club meets all year round on the third Wednesday of each month at one of the member's homes.

Raymond United Methodist Church

This church is one of the four churches that make up the Conestoga Parish, along with Denton, Malcolm, and Pleasant Dale.

Sunday service is held at 11 a.m.
Sunday school is held at 9:45 a.m.

United Methodist Women

This organization meets the first Wednesday evening of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the United Methodist Church basement, except during the months of June, July and August no meetings held.

Raymond Grange 391

This is the 55th year for the club. It started in April 1944. It meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month. The members do not meet throughout the months of June and July. This club sponsors the Sheep Showmanship Lancaster County Trophy.

R.C. Lions Club

This club meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. They also hold a breakfast the 3rd Sunday of each month at the Valparaiso Senior Center. This club sponsors the Leo Club at Raymond Central.
