Retirement - Empower Retirement

Prudential is Lancaster County's retirement provider. Eligible employees are eligible to enroll after completing 6 months of employment. MSS Employees are eligible to enroll on the first of the month following their date of hire. Participation in the retirement plan is mandatory after reaching age 25 and 1 year of service.

Post Employment Health Plan

A Post-Employment Health Plan (PEHP®) is a tax-free, defined contribution health reimbursement arrangement. It allows for money to be set aside to pay for qualified health expenses and health insurance premiums. All contributions, accumulations and reimbursements are tax-exempt.
