The project was funded jointly from the Highway Allocation Funds (aka-Gas Tax) and ¼ cent sales tax for streets in accordance with ballot language. The programmed project scope was changed during design so the budgeted money that was Lincoln on the Move, $800,000 and Highway Allocation Funds, $200,000 was significantly more than needed. Including design and construction engineering, construction project costs were $412,295.
