Accounts must be paid in full to sign up for automatic payments. If your account has a balance, please make a one-time payment using the Quick Pay option, pay by mail or pay in person prior to setting up automatic payments.

Past due accounts that are subject to disconnect must be paid in full to sign up for paperless billing. By enrolling in paperless billing, you are agreeing to receive notification of your water and wastewater bill via email and to pay your bill online using your credit card or bank account. No paper bill will be sent.

Walk into the Water and Wastewater Business Office located inside the Development Services Center on the second floor at the City/County building.

Customer parking is available just north of the City/County Building between South 9th and South 10th streets and Rosa Parks Way. Customers can pick up validated parking tickets at the front desk.
