Nebraska Youth Track & Field Meet

Event Information 

LOCATION:

Lincoln Northeast High School, track location at 63rd and Adams Streets, 2635 N 63rd Street  (40.841403, -96.635055)

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

This event is organized by the City of Lincoln Parks and Recreation Team Sports division and is FREE.

Participants must pre-register by completing the form below by Monday, May 17, 2021.

AWARDS:

Ribbons will be awarded to the top four finishers in boys and girls divisions in each event.

CHAMPIONSHIP MEET:

1st-4th place finishers in 8-year-old and above divisions will advance to compete at the Nebraska Youth Track & Field Meet Championships. The 2021 Championship Meet will be held in Grand Island on Saturday, June 12, 2021. 

• All Participants must compete in their correct age group and gender division. PLEASE BRING PROOF OF CHILD’S AGE (BIRTH CERTIFICATE) TO CHECK-IN FOR VERIFICATION.

• Use of track shoes with or without spikes is not permitted. Turf shoes with rubber cleats are also not permitted. Rubber-soled shoes are allowed. No starting blocks will be used. Relay batons will be provided.

• Competitors may only participate in one local qualifying meet (Grand Island, Hastings, Kearney, Lincoln, North Platte, and York).
