Lincoln Police Investigating Deadly Crash | N 84th & Holdrege

Lincoln Police are investigating a deadly crash at N. 84th and Holdrege Streets involving a motorcycle and an SUV that happened just after 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25, 2023.

The preliminary investigation indicates an SUV was traveling north on N. 84th and turning left onto Holdrege. A motorcycle was traveling south on N. 84th in the right turn lane and continued through the intersection, colliding with the passenger side of the SUV.

The male driver of the motorcycle died in the crash. His name is not being released at this time as officers work to notify his family. The female driver of the SUV was not injured. The female passenger in the SUV had minor injuries but was not taken to the hospital.
