CenterPointe offers crisis services for adults and juveniles. They operate the Crisis Line, 402 475-6695. This number is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call takers can address a wide variety of needs, from those who may be suicidal to those seeking information about services available in the community. CenterPointe also helps families and kids. Those who are experiencing a crisis can walk in to 2202 S. 11th, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, without an appointment:

Through this national network of local crisis lines, this free service helps those in distress and provides crisis resources to you and your loved ones. 988 also offers specialized services for LGBTQ+ people under 25 and Veterans.


Mental Health Association of Nebraska

The Mental Health Association of Nebraska is a PEER run organization. PEERs are people who have lived experience. PEERs can help people navigate the mental health services available. PEERs can provide benefit analysis, and supported employment. PEERs run KEYA House. Keya is a respite home where people experiencing mental health issues can stay, for free. While at Keya guests are wrapped in PEER support.

Families Inspiring Families is a non-profit organization built to support parents with youth experiencing mental, emotional and behavioral challenges. FIF understands the mental and behavioral health systems and assists families in navigating the various resources while providing tools to help meet the day-to-day challenges of caring for their child.

CEDARS provides respite-care for youth with behavioral health concerns, education and development programs and clinical services ranging from crisis stabilization, individual and family counseling and an array of assessments.
