All Library Branches Except Williams to Open at 1 p.m. Today

All Lincoln City Libraries (LCL) locations except Williams Branch will open at 1 p.m. today, Tuesday, January 26.  Williams Branch is located in Arnold Elementary School, which remains closed due to inclement weather.
