All Lincoln City Libraries (LCL) locations will remain closed today, Tuesday, January 26. Conditions are now not expected to improve to facilitate the 1 p.m. reopening previously announced. LCL appreciates the public’s patience during this weather event and anticipates opening on Wednesday, January 27.
