What is the Process?
When calls/e-mails are received, they are recorded in the "Roadway Repair Log". This log is printed two to three times per week and distributed to the three district shops. Problem areas are responded to within two to three days of receipt with a temporary patch. Extreme cases are then permanently repaired during the construction season. This consists of completely pulling and replacing a large section of the curb/gutter. In this case, property owners are notified of planned repairs and approximate time frame.
