Choosing this option for service request processing will simply route your information to the appropriate department. You will not be contacted on the progress of the service request nor will you receive email notifications. However, you will be able to review all the processing activities on your service request, from submission to closure, but you will need to know both the Tracking Number and the Access Key that was assigned when the service request was originally submitted.
Choosing this option for service request processing will require you to provide contact information. To ensure the security and privacy of all your service requests you will need to place this information within MyInterLinc, a one time registration process that will allow you to create your own user-id and password. Two distinct advantages in choosing this option are: 1. When your MyInterLinc profile has an e-mail address included, you will automatically receive an e-mail alert each time there is a change in the status of your service request as it is being processed. 2. You will be able to view a complete history of all your service requests by simply logging on to MyInterLinc, click 'InterLinc Action Center', then click 'View All Actions'. This eliminates the need to remember each Tracking Number and Access Key for every service request submitted.
