Senior citizens and the general public are invited to a free Aging Partners Resource Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 7 at the "F" Street Recreation Center, 1225 "F" St. The event will showcase programs, services and other opportunities available at Aging Partners. No event registration is required.
"This will be the last of our resource fairs for the current calendar year," said Sandy Lutz, Aging Partners Administrator. "The fairs have allowed us to meet new people who need and qualify for our services. We urge residents to contact our office in the future to ask about the assistance our agency offers to the aging, low income and disabled populations."
Services and programs to be featured at the resource fair include senior health and fitness, long-term care, nutrition, personal and family services, the Aging and Disability Resource Center, transportation, and financial and employment resources.
