Request for Proposals For Consultant Services to Develop an On-Street Bicycle Facilities Plan
The Lincoln Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) / Lincoln-Lancaster County Planning Department is seeking proposals from qualified Transportation Planning firms to develop an On-Street Bicycle Facilities Plan. The project seeks to capture the community's vision for a bicycle-friendly community that allows access to safe, low-stress facilities to meet their daily transportation needs.
The Lincoln MPO has an interest in working with a firm that has experience in bicycle facility planning and design and is qualified with experience in using ESRI-Based Geographic Information Systems compatible with Lincoln software. The firm is to have knowledge of emerging issues and trends in transportation planning.
