Post jobs and search resumes. Design customized job descriptions that attract employees with the needed skills
Recruiting and Referral Services:
Receive skilled assistance with recruitment, applications, interviewing, and background checking. Use on-site interview and computerized assessment facilities
Worker Training Programs:
Train, re-train, and upgrade current employees, using funds available through the Nebraska Worker Training Program, 402-471-9977
Labor Market Information:
Tap into current information on employment and economic trends, occupational projections, wage and benefit statistics, and demographics

Internet access to search for job opportunities, apply on-line, and post resumes
Job Assistance Search:
Staff assistance with job searches, applications, resumes, and interviewing
Career Guidance Assistance:
Identify skills, abilities and occupational interests
Assess skills including keyboarding, data entry, basic math and reading. Classes are available to learn/improve keyboarding and basic computer/software skills
Access to Service Agencies:
Single-location access to several service agencies, including:
Operation ABLE: Job search assistance for older workers
Goodwill Industries: Job search assistance for individuals with disabilities / Computer Lab
Experience Works: Job training and work experience for low-income individuals 55 years and older

Nebraska Workforce Development: Post job openings, match job seekers to job openings
Southeast Community College: English as a Second Language classes

Urban Development: Job training for adults, youth, and those unemployed due to layoffs or business closings
Vocational Rehabilitation: Employment and training assistance for individuals with disabilities
