1st and "B" Street Area - Water Main Replacement Project

Project Summary

This project will replace water mains along the following streets:

  • 1st Street from "B" to "D" streets
  • 6th Street from "A" to "C" streets
  • "B" Street from 1st to 8th streets
  • "D" Street from 1st to 2nd streets

Construction is anticipated to take place in 2028.

Access During Construction

Area property owners, pedestrians, and drivers would experience phased road closures for thru traffic to accommodate the proposed improvements during construction. Local access would be maintained to the extent possible using side streets, alleyways, and sidewalks.
