27th from Old Cheney to Jameson - Water Main Replacement

This project will replace water mains in the area of 27th Street and Old Cheney Road. Construction will take place along the following corridors:

  • 27th Street from Old Cheney Road to Jameson North
  • Old Cheney Road from 27th Street to 600' west
  • Jameson North from Canterbury Lane to Warwick Court
  • Canterbury Lane from Tipperary Trail to Heather Lane
  • Heather Lane from Tipperary Trail to Canterbury Lane

Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026.

Access During Construction

Lane closures will be needed in the street to facilitate construction. Local and emergency access will be maintained at all times. The project will also include sidewalk and ramp closures.
