Kimco Court and Kimarra Place Water Main Replacement

Project Summary

This project will replace 8” water mains in the project area. Construction will take place along the following streets:

  • Theresa Street from 27th Street west
  • Kimco Court from 27th Street west
  • Kimarra Place from Kimco Court south
  • 27th Street west frontage road from Theresa Street to Kimco Court

Construction is expected to take place in 2026.

Access During Construction

Construction is expected to take place mostly in greenspace and near sidewalks. Lane closures may be needed at times and some turning functions may be restricted during construction.
