“O” from 9th to 16th Street - Water Main Replacement

This project will replace the water main along “O” Street from 9th to 16th streets. The work is being coordinated with the Downtown Corridors Project.

Construction is anticipated to take place in 2026.

Access During Construction

Short-term street and pedestrian crossing closures will be necessary as water main work progresses. Access to businesses will be maintained.

StarTran bus routes in the area may be detoured during construction.
