SW 24th, SW 16th, SW 17th and W Garfield Water Main Replacement

This project will replace water mains along the following streets:

  • SW 24th Street from W “A” Street to Millstone Road
  • Millstone Road from SW 24th Street to S Coddington Avenue
  • SW 17th Street from W “A” to W “C” streets
  • SW 16th Street from W Rose to W “A” streets
  • W “C” Street from SW 17th Street east to dead end
  • W Garfield Street from SW 16th Street west to dead end

Construction is scheduled to take place in 2026.

Access During Construction

All construction will be completed under closures to thru traffic. Access to adjacent businesses and residences will be maintained to the fullest extent possible. Any restrictions will be coordinated with the contractor, city, and property owner.
