Trendwood Neighborhood Street Improvements

This project improved several streets in the Trendwood Neighborhood through a mill and overlay of the existing surface and base repairs where required. Additional work included upgrades to the existing sidewalk ramps to comply with federal and local standards.

The following streets were included:

  • Regency Drive from Whitestone Drive to “A” Street
  • Lincolnshire Road from South 70th Street to Buckingham Drive
  • Devonshire Drive from Van Dorn Street to Buckingham Drive
  • Pinedale Avenue from Devoe Drive to South 84th Street
  • Rolf Street from Pinedale Avenue to Oakdale Avenue
  • Lawnsdale Drive from South Street to South Hampton Road
