This project would add a median at the intersection of 16th Street and Pine Lake Road to restrict left turns onto Pine Lake Road from 16th Street or from the Costco access point. Drivers already traveling on Pine Lake Road would still be able to turn left onto 16th Street or into Costco using the 16th Street access point.
Construction is expected to take place in 2027.
Lane closures and turning movement restrictions at the intersection are anticipated during construction.
