Arnold Heights Neighborhood Street Improvements

This project will improve several streets in the Arnold Heights Neighborhood. These improvements include a mill and overlay of the existing surface and base repairs where required. The following streets are included:

  • Gott Circle
  • Michael Circle
  • NW 54th Street from Michael Circle to W Superior Street
  • NW 50th Street from W Knight Drive to W Superior Street
  • W Superior Street from NW 54th to NW 48th streets
  • W Knight Drive from NW 54th to NW 48th streets

Additional work includes upgrades to the existing curb ramps to comply with the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.

Construction is planned for 2025.

Access During Construction

The streets will be closed to through traffic during construction. Access to residences will be maintained.

StarTran Route #46–Arnold Heights will be impacted during construction.
