Eastborough Neighborhood Street Improvements

Project Summary

This project will improve residential streets in the Eastborough Neighborhood:

  • Glenhaven Drive from W Rio Road to Dotson Road
  • 75th Street from Steinway Road to Dotson Road
  • Dotson Road from Avon Lane to W Broadview Drive
  • Indian Road from Steinway Road to Trail Ridge Road
  • Terrace Road from Steinway Road to Trail Ridge Road
  • Trail Ridge Road from Broadview Drive to 81st Street
  • 81st Street from Trail Ridge Road to Vine Street

A sidewalk will be constructed on the south side of Trail Ridge Road to provide a continuous connection between N 81st Street and Russwood Boulevard. Curb ramps in the project area will be upgraded to comply with the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.

Construction is anticipated to take place in 2026.

Access During Construction

Streets will be closed to through traffic during construction. Local access will be maintained to the extent possible.

Sidewalks and curb ramps will be closed during reconstruction. Sidewalk access will be maintained for pedestrians on at least one side of the street.
