Eastborough Neighborhood Street Improvements

Project Summary

This project improved residential streets in the Eastborough Neighborhood:

• Glenhaven Drive from W Rio Road to Dotson Road
• 75th Street from Steinway Road to Dotson Road
• Dotson Road from Avon Lane to W Broadview Drive
• Indian Road from Steinway Road to Trail Ridge Road
• Terrace Road from Steinway Road to Trail Ridge Road
• Trail Ridge Road from Broadview Drive to 81st Street
• 81st Street from Trail Ridge Road to Vine Street

Project work also included construction of a sidewalk on the south side of Trail Ridge Road to provide a continuous connection between N 81st Street and Russwood Boulevard, and upgrades to curb ramps in the project area to comply with Federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
