Project Summary

This project will include concrete pavement repairs on various streets within the Vintage Heights Neighborhood. The following streets have been selected for improvements:

Under Construction

  • 88th Street from Foxtail Drive to 150' north
  • Blackstone from Meursault to Benzinger
  • Foxtail Drive from Laroche Road to 93rd Street
  • Parducci Drive from Benzinger Drive to Oakville Drive

  • 91st Street from Foxtail Drive to Merryvale Drive
  • 93rd Street from Foxtail Drive to Old Cheney Road
  • 96th Street from Forest Glen Drive to Glass Ridge Drive
  • Avalon Court at 96th Street
  • Foxen Circle
  • Foxtail Drive from 87th to Laroche Road
  • Glass Ridge Circle
  • Glass Ridge Court
  • Glass Ridge Drive from Forest Glen Drive to Glass Ridge Court
  • Glass Ridge Drive from Pine Lake Road to Glass Ridge Court
  • Glass Ridge Place
  • Granite Ridge Court
  • Laroche Road from Foxtail Drive to Remi Drive
  • Merryvale Drive from 91st Street to 93rd Street
  • Meursault Drive from Oakville Road to Glass Ridge Drive
  • Oakville Road from Meursault Drive to Glass Ridge Drive
  • Silver Oak Road from 91st Street, west about a half of block

Additional streets are being evaluated for improvements and the list will be updated as more streets are selected for construction.

Construction is taking place in 2025.

Access During Construction

This work will require full closures of the streets during construction. Access to adjacent businesses and residences will be maintained to the fullest extent possible but may be restricted at times during construction operations. Any access restrictions will be coordinated with the Contractor, City and property owner.
