Utilities

Water, Wastewater, Solid Waste Management and Watershed Management are committed to providing critical services for the health, safety and welfare of our community and environment and supporting new growth.

Water System

The mission of the Lincoln Water System is to efficiently pump, treat, and distribute a safe and adequate supply of water to its customers for the health, growth, and economy of the community.

Wastewater

The Wastewater Division is responsible for all aspects of operating and maintaining the sanitary sewer collection system and water resource recovery facilities.

Watershed Management

The Watershed Management Division of Transportation and Utilities encourages sustainable growth by upholding responsible standards that maximize safety, minimize flood damage and conserve natural resources.

Solid Waste Management

The Solid Waste Management Division is committed to providing responsible management of all solid waste generated within its service area for the protection of health, safety and welfare of the public and environment in a cost effective manner and in compliance with its solid waste management plan.
